With Chinese New Year coming in just a few days away. Your CNY activity will involve a lot of eating. Like any normal human being, it’s hard to control your eating habits during festive seasons. We are no strangers to good food. But we know that what you choose to eat is very important. Now before you indulge in the delicious meals coming your way during the Reunion Dinner, here some foods that can help you eat healthier.
